At Design House, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
